Nervous? Try the "Grounding Technique"


Do you get nervous? Try "Grounding."

Here's how it works:


1. Find a place where you can sit or stand comfortably.

2. Take a few deep breaths and focus on your breathing.

3. Look around and identify five things you can see, touch, taste, hear, smell.


By focusing on your senses and your physical surroundings, you can ground yourself in the present moment and calm your nerves. This technique can be especially helpful during stressful situations.
