Formula for leaving a Voicemail

1️⃣ Say your name

2️⃣ “The reason for this call is …”

3️⃣ if it’s urgent, say “call back as soon as you can.” If not, “call back at your earliest convenience to discuss further.”

4️⃣ Leave your number

5️⃣ Reiterate your name and reason for the call

“Hi, this is Mohammed. The reason for this call is to confirm your appointment. Call back at your earliest convenience to discuss further. My number is 6476221662. This is Mohammed calling in regards to your upcoming appointment. Thank you!”
